Una's Art Gallery Featuring Work Of Alumnus Nick Nichols Through February

FLORENCE, Ala. - The University of North Alabama Art Gallery is currently displaying work from UNA alumnus Michael "Nick" Nichols. Nichols currently serves as an animal and wildlife photographer for National Geographic.

The series of photographs titled Brutal Kinshi was done in collaboration with Dr. Jane Goodall and published in 1989 by Aperture. The photos explore the connection between humans and chimpanzees.

The UNA Art Gallery is open Monday-Friday, 8a.m.-4:30p.m., and is located on the 2nd floor of the Visual Arts Building.
